Our Customer Service team helps create a smooth and welcoming pickup experience for Vista Auction customers. Customer Service Associates check customers in, answer questions, process returns, and help resolve concerns or connect customers with the right team member when needed.
Job requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Stand for extended periods throughout your shift
- Bend, reach, and occasionally lift and move items
- Wear mandatory toe covers each day
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude, including during busy periods
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and managers
