Vista Auction is hiring a Pickups Associate in Charlotte, NC. Full-time and Part-time, Flexible Scheduling. Pay: Starting at $16 / hr.
Our Pickups Team helps make sure customers have a smooth and efficient pickup experience. Associates use a Zebra scanning device to locate, scan, and gather purchased items throughout the warehouse, organize orders onto carts, and bring completed orders out to customers.
This is a highly active, productivity-based role. Associates typically walk 15,000–25,000 steps per day and are expected to maintain an established pickup efficiency. You’ll receive hands-on training, feedback, and support to help you meet expectations.
Job requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Walk approximately 15,000–25,000 steps per day
- Wear mandatory toe covers each day
- Maintain an established pickup efficiency
- Follow company safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and managers
