Schedule Pick-up Appointments

  • Please have QR CODE ready for CHECK-IN (Found in your most recent emailed paid invoice)
  • CHECK-IN around in THE BACK at DOOR 2. Enter through the fenced lot.
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's are for APPOINTMENTS only.
  • ALL invoices must be paid by 7am of the appointment date, or your appointment will be canceled 
  • Arrive ONLY at your scheduled time and DO NOT show up early!
  • Cancel your appointment on Calendly within 24 hours and provide a reason.
  • If you fail to show up, you will be banned from using this service.
  • Only one appointment is needed in order to pickup for yourself.
  • Make an appointment for each person you're picking up for with their correct information.
  • We are closed for lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm.
  • Scheduling an appointment DOES NOT reserve your items if they are over our 5 day pick up policy.
  • If it says "No Appointments Available" that means there are no appointments available for that day.
  • Items that are won cannot be picked up on that same day. They will be available for pick-up on the next following pick-up day.
  • We are still open for pickups on Tuesday and Saturday during our regular hours.
