Schedule Pick-up Appointments

Please have QR CODE ready for CHECK-IN! (Found in your most recent emailed paid invoice)

ALL invoices must be paid by 7am of the appointment date, or your appointment will be cancelled

Arrive ONLY at your scheduled time and DO NOT show up early

Cancel your appointment on Calendly within 4 hours of scheduled time

Only one appointment is needed in order to pickup all your items

Make an appointment for each person you're picking up for with their correct information and have a screenshot of their QR code

We are closed for lunch 12:15pm-1:30pm

Scheduling an appointment DOES NOT reserve your items if they are over our 5 day pick up policy

Please make sure you receive a confirmation email, this indicates you have successfully made an appointment!

Items that are won cannot be picked up on that same day. They will be available for pick-up on the next following pick-up day
